We are excited to welcome 4 new locations to the Park Place family in Agassiz, BC and Grande Prairie, AB.
Agassiz Seniors Community and Glenwood Seniors Community, Agassiz, BC
Park Place has acquired two seniors campuses of care in the beautiful community of Agassiz, B.C., offering spectacular views of the Cheam Mountain range along the south side of the Fraser River. Agassiz Seniors Community (previously Cheam Village) is located on 4.7 acre site with 68 publicly funded long term care beds as well as 30 one bedroom and 20 two bedroom private pay independent living units. Nearby, Glenwood Seniors Community has 29 publicly funded and 8 private pay long term care beds. It also has 10 publicly funded assisted living beds and 22 private independent living units.
Prairie Lake Seniors Community and Emerald Gardens Retirement Residence, Grande Prairie, AB
Park Place has also acquired two outstanding seniors campuses of care in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Prairie Lake Seniors Community (previously Points West Living Grande Prairie) is a four storey seniors residence that combines outstanding construction with superior care. It has 50 publicly funded long term care units, 10 publicly funded hospice/palliative care suites, 95 publicly funded designated supportive living units, and 62 private pay independent living suites. Emerald Gardens Retirement Residence (previously The Gardens at Emerald Park) features 64 supportive housing rental suites and 15 publicly funded designated supportive living suites. It also has an additional 54 privately owned condominiums.
