Kiwanis Manor was built in 2006 and is owned by Kiwanis North Shore Housing Society. It is an apartment complex with 75 affordable suites; 38 of which are funded assisted living and are managed by Park Place on behalf of Vancouver Coastal Health. All suites are one bedroom and approximately 520 square feet with additional storage space. Most suites boast a balcony or ground level patio.

Surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds and a short walk from the community centre, swimming pool, library, and seniors centre, Kiwanis Manor is an ideal option for West Vancouver seniors.

On the property are three additional buildings offering independent living. The Housing Society operates and manages the independent living suites, while Vancouver Coastal Health Authority funds and manages the assisted living residential suites under the Independent Living BC Program. Through Park Place’s agreement with Vancouver Coastal (under the business name Kiwanis Manor), we are committed to providing quality care and an enriched life for each resident who chooses Kiwanis Manor.
