Silverado Creek Seniors Community – Stampede Week Grand Opening Celebration

Silverado Creek officially opened in September 2021 with 129 brand-new long-term care beds with access to modern amenities and the best in care standards and service in South Calgary.
With the support of the Ministry of Health which provided a $5.18 million capital grant under the Affordable Supportive Living Initiative (ASLI), Park Place Seniors Living developed this community with a good deal of careful thought, and extensive planning.
Silverado Creek accepted its first resident on September 7, 2021. As of today, all suites are full. With successful job fairs, we managed to recruit over 140 staff to help meet the care and service needs of our residents.
On Thursday, July 14th at 1:30 PM, owner and president of Park Place Seniors Living, Al Jina, welcomes Health Minister Jason Copping, local MLA Rebecca Schultz, representatives from Alberta Health Services, and special guest residents and family members for a grand opening celebration. Local media is welcome to attend.
